Kepada ibu bapa yang nak join kelas Antenatal mostly ibubapa yang anak 1st yang akan kuar tidak lama lagi...
Kelas ini mencari ilmu dan terjawab persolana yang bermain di pemikiran korang, bagaimana..? macam mana ek..? kenapa ya..?
Supaya boleh belajar cara-cara ilmu pernafasan nak bersalin, sokongan suami kepada isteri sebelum dan selepas bersalin...
Walaupun korang tidak bersalin di AVISENA Boleh je  join kelas ini... Ambil masa 1 hari sahaja..

1.00pm – 2.00pm	Lunch Break & Solat
2.00pm – 3.00pm	“Successful Breastfeeding” by Breastfeeding Counselor
3.00pm – 3.30pm	“The Importance of Postnatal Care & Baby Handling” by Nurse Educator
3.30pm – 4.30pm	“The Importance of Early Screening & Effective Breathing Technique During Labour” by Physiotherapist
5.00pm	Coffee Break & Adjourn
